Keeps disconnecting, it's never too the WiFi so that's not the issue, it's an app issue because when you try to reconnect the device I get a system app error and the app closes this has happened multiple times for the past month! Are they trying to get you to buy a new ring or what? This isn't even a year old and like i said it's not the device but the app itself is malfunctioning
Easy to install and works great
The ring is great to install on your property. We got the 1st generation ring. Been working great. Later noticing that you have to pay attention to the battery 🔋life after been recharged. I feel like it's decreasing a bit faster than before. Maybe I might have to change the wiring that connects it to the house door bell to keep it charged. The zoom is poor and it sometimes don't record when it should. Once again it's a 1st generation ring doorbell. The newer models should be a lot better. 👍🏾

Would be great itmd it actually notified you each time but it doesn't, seems hit and miss as to if you get one or not. currently about a 50/50 chance of being notified
Errors out when loading my ring. Im guessing its conflicting with my VPN. This app is junk
Like being able to see around my house late at night when I hear noises lol
